Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied, please let us know and we'll make every effort to fulfill your request.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges and refunds up to 30 days after the original purchase date. We do not refund original shipping charges except in cases of a product defect or shipping error. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost but Territory Run Co. will pay for shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you. We will not ship the new merchandise until we receive the items(s) you are exchanging. Your return must be in original condition and must be received by Territory Run Co. within 30 days of your original order.
Include a note describing what you are requesting with your return or refund. For an exchange, include the style, color and size of the item you would like in return.
We offer most products in small batches and have limited quantities. Therefore we cannot guarantee we can offer exchanges for different sizes if we run out of stock. To guarantee access to our limited release products, hop on our email list to find out when they are available.
For a refund, please state the item and the amount you are requesting a refund for.
